Pathway To Success
Bayden Lee
Electrical Apprentice
Yura Yarta continues to create meaningful career pathways for Indigenous youth, and Bayden Lee is a testament to this vision in action.
A proud Indigenous apprentice, Bayden has recently embarked on his 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship with TAMS in WA, where he will be maintaining, installing, and repairing electrical systems, working on transformers and substations, and conducting test and tagging.
With a strong drive to succeed, Bayden’s goal is to complete his apprenticeship, gain further experience, and become a role model for young Indigenous kids aspiring to join the electrical trade.
Bayden shares: “This opportunity through Yura Yarta and TAMS is more than just a job—it’s the start of a career where I can grow, gain experience, and inspire other young Indigenous people to dream, set goals, and work towards them.”
We’re proud to support Bayden on his journey and can’t wait to see him achieve his goals!
